The Perhentian Islands are located on the coast of Malaysia and offer seclusion and privacy for any romantic getaway. The relatively underdeveloped islands give off a castaway feeling while still offering enough civilization and activity to make for a fun trip. El Nido, Philippines

El Nido is one of the most popular destinations in the Philippines.
